What if I have to miss a day/portion of yoga teacher training?

If you have to miss a day or a portion of yoga teacher training, you will need to make that time up, you can do this at no additional cost, we can discuss this.

How do the YTT modules work?

I get this question all the time, it is pretty clear on the web page. Please look at it, read it , read it again, and then email me your specific question and I will add it to this FAQ.

How can I apply for a scholarship?

I don’t always have scholarships available. They are only for those who really need them. Please email me and we can discuss the possibility of a scholarship.

Private Lessons FAQ

How much does a private lesson cost?

My rates vary depending on how frequently we meet, the duration we meet, whether or not I have to travel and how far I have to travel. Generally, a private session costs anywhere from $100 - $200. On occasion, for someone in need, I will work on a sliding scale.

How far are you willing to travel to see clients?

">Although, I prefer to see clients in my space, I am willing to travel to Fair Field, Rockland, North Jersey, all of Westchester, Long Island, NYC and all 5 boroughs, and Putnam.

How do you customize the yoga session?

I ask a lot of questions, I look at you physically, I listen, I feel for energetic shifts, I try different things that hypothetically should help you and observe how you respond to them and often change the session accordingly. Sometimes I will also ask for your permission to speak to your physician in order to ensure our sessions are safe.
