What I do: I personally teach you yoga at your place or mine. I teach all ages, abilities, and body types. Integrating my knowledge, together, we develop a yoga practice that is safe and comfortable for you. My goal is to develop an enjoyable yoga practice that leaves you feeling renewed and wonderful. I also teach yoga teacher training.

Where I Work:  I am seeing private clients in the Westchester, Manhattan, Tri-State area, and 25% of my time I spend teaching yoga teacher trainings and seeing clients in the Central Florida area. In NY you can come to me in my brand new apartment in Yonkers or I can come to you or In Central Florida you can find me at the YOU Health Center of Orlando or I can visit you at your home. What ever works best for you!

My Credibility: I have been practicing yoga for about 10 years now. Yoga Jane Training is a Registered Yoga School. I am an ERYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher). Being an ERYT means I am nationally certified as a yoga teacher who has met the rigorous requirements to meet yoga alliance educational standards.
